Our process yields a partnership most valuable for JM Phelps, our client, and the trade contractor. We believe in a fair, informative, and inclusive experience, and encourage the use of Minority Business Enterprises on every project.

 

VALUE ANALYSIS. Every project is different as is every client. Understanding the nuts and bolts of each system and material based on our Clients’ goals and objectives allows us to evaluate where we can bring the most value to a project and work within our client’s budget. General Contracting

 

General contracting is the most common delivery method for construction projects. Generally, the owner has already retained the services of an architect who has fully developed the project plans and specifications. These documents form the basis for a lump-sum contract with a general contractor. Our extensive experience with this delivery method affords us a competitive advantage given our decades of experience and wealth of historical cost data.
